Hello! I’m Maria Lourdes Reyes, and I want to share to you my journey in Real Estate. Growing up, I was inspired by my mother, a dedicated real estate agent. Accompanying her on site visits sparked my interest in the industry and ignited a passion for helping people find their dream homes.
With her encouragement, I pursued and passed the Real Estate Broker’s Licensure Examination and I am proud to carry on my family’s legacy in real estate. In March 2008, I seized the opportunity to join SMDC as a Senior Property Specialist when they launched their exciting condominium project in Quezon City.
Fast forward 2024, I am grateful to have spent 16 rewarding years with SMDC, where I’ve grown and evolved in my career. Today, I serve as Manager 3 for Property Investments, having had the privilege of assisting countless clients in achieving their real estate goals.
